William founded EnergeiaWorks in 2010 to meet the growing demand for highly-specialized experts in the fast-growing cleantech and renewable energy markets. William built EnergeiaWorks from its conception into a profitable, brand-recognized company with multiple triple-digit growth years and over 100 industry-leading customers. As CEO, William is responsible for global business development, account management, and marketing for EnergeiaWorks. He manages and mentors a team of researchers and recruiters focused on job placement in clean technology. He is recognized as an industry expert on hiring trends within clean energy and an accomplished author and public speaker on the topic.

Through EnergeiaWorks, William also manages “Renewables UnWind” – a North American networking association for the renewable energy industry. These monthly events have hosted thousands of professionals in New York City; and throughout the US and Canada.

William began his recruiting career in 1994 while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and later joined J. Patrick & Associates in New York as a Managing Partner. For over a decade, he led J. Patrick & Associates’ domestic and international business within the information security and wireless business units through business development, account management, and executive recruitment.

William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College, City University of New York.
