Aaron, a master electrician with 15+ years of experience in the electrical industry, 9+ years in the renewable energy market, is a dedicated leader focused on systemizing procedures and ensuring internal teams have the skills needed to execute. Having commissioned more than 1,000 MW of power coast to coast and managing O&M of more than 1,300 MW of sites ranging from 1 MW to NERC governed sites up to 260 MW, Aaron’s passion for the renewable market can be seen in all he commissions. Aaron and his family reside in Sartell, MN where he coaches his sons' football team, enjoys camping and fishing and always has a project going on.
