Danny Kach is a renewable energy attorney at Litwin Kach and has spent the past 17 years focusing on the development of utility, distribution and community solar, wind, thermal and energy storage projects.
Danny’s first 6 years were spent as assistant general counsel at Invenergy where he managed the company’s legal needs for the development of 25 projects totaling more than $4 billion in financing and project dispositions and negotiated construction contracts. After leaving Invenergy, Danny and his wife spent an off-year traveling in South America and Asia.
Upon returning, Danny started his own law firm which is now known as Litwin Kach. The firm’s energy group has 13 attorneys and 3 paralegals, and has completed more than $10 billion in energy, construction, acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.
